A question raises itself in great astonishment, hoping to scratch the memory of the international decision makers who take freedom and justice principles as an excuse for their acts and aims.

Was this nation, with all its geographical scope, destined to have ever-consecutive dates with occupation and detentions where its youth and strugglers are hurled in jails and barbed wires to form a palatable bite for subjugation, torture and suffering, being guilty for having a case of freedom and patriotism?

Last day, we were following up the issue of the Lebanese detainees in Israeli prisons where we still have citizens imprisoned in the Zionist enemy jails, beating injustice with their willpower.

Also we were following up the issue of the Palestinian and Arab detainees in Israeli prisons whose numbers as reports record count for about 12,000 detainees, knowing that the total number of those who passed by these prisons exceeded the 25,000 detainees.

Also, we were following up the issue of the detainees in Guantanamo Detention Camp; The detention camp of the country that pretend to carry the message of freedom and human rights, and at the same time deprives those detainees of all the rights that the international conventions gave to them. It also treats them in non-humanitarian ways.

And here we are today, in front of a new page of detention in the yards of the Dear Iraq. A page that was just opened and is still in its first stage where the invader allied troops, under the leadership of the tyrannical America, report about 8,000 detainees.

USA went mad when pictures of allied detainees were shown on the television screens and considered that a violation for Geneva Conventions. Meanwhile, they overlooked the showing of civilian detainees and how they were ill treated, they also overlooked their invader troops’ destruction for a whole community’s population, resources, history, culture and heritage in an illegal war just to add to its highbred history another record of violations for the human rights, a new violation that has the ability to deactivate all the international laws and conventions and the humanistic hierarchy. All that for the sake of its exclusive possession and control over the whole world in order to steal its resources and control its abilities and capacities.

Thus, we stand here today, in The Day of Palestinian and Arab prisoners, to declare our support for all the detainees in any place in the world and to demand to release them immediately, based on our complete conviction in the international human conventions and laws, we raise our voices in the face of the Zionist, American and British war criminals to affirm our demands to take a legal action against them, being war criminals against humanity and against the United Nations as an institution that is concerned about the international system and justice. And we call upon for all the international organizations in all the global to share us in this call for the sake of justice.
